These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AUUVIO, a business CRM, inbox, project, and finance workspace with AI-assisted features, currently operated by Alexander Hittle, as an individual — no separate legal entity has been formed yet (“AUUVIO,” “we,” “us”). This will be updated once a formal business entity is established. By creating a workspace or otherwise using AUUVIO, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use AUUVIO.
AUUVIO provides a business operating workspace covering companies/contacts (CRM), a sales pipeline, projects and tasks, documents, finance/invoicing, calendar and mail integration, marketing campaigns, a simple public site builder, and two AI assistants (“Ada” and “Milo”) that summarize activity and suggest actions based on your own workspace data.
AUUVIO offers a Free plan (limited seats) and a paid Team plan (per-seat, billed via Stripe). We may change plan features or pricing going forward; we'll give you reasonable notice of changes that affect your existing subscription.
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use AUUVIO. AUUVIO is intended for business use, not personal consumer use.
Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite to their workspace and for managing those members' access.
You (or your workspace) retain ownership of the business data you put into AUUVIO — your companies, contacts, deals, documents, and everything else you create. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to store and process any data you put into AUUVIO, including any third-party personal data (for example, contacts you import or leads collected through a published site).
Ada and Milo generate summaries, briefings, and suggestions based on your workspace's data using Anthropic's Claude models. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content, suggestion, or drafted message before relying on it or sending it to anyone.
AUUVIO integrates with third-party services (currently Google for Gmail/Calendar, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Anthropic for AI features). These services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts or omissions. Connecting a third-party account is always optional and controlled by you.
You agree not to use AUUVIO to:
Paid Team subscriptions are billed per seat through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If payment fails and isn't resolved, we may downgrade or suspend access to paid-plan features.
You may stop using AUUVIO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to AUUVIO for any account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data after account closure.
AUUVIO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not currently guarantee any specific uptime or availability service level.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALEXANDER HITTLE (OPERATING AUUVIO) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AUUVIO.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace owners directly. Continued use of AUUVIO after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
